Customer Web Portal: The Operations Hub
The web portal is where the real work happens — onboarding a business, managing balances across rails, sending money globally, and producing audit-ready reports.
KYB Onboarding
The entry point to KYB uses a left-rail journey map (Business Info → UBOs → Directors → Account Role → Documents → Declaration) so users always know where they are, paired with floating labels, conditional fields that only appear when relevant (e.g. Former Name surfacing on “Yes”), and a deliberately quiet visual hierarchy that turns a regulated, high-friction form into a finite, predictable, and calm task.

Role Setup (Maker/Checker)
Introduces INFII’s Maker–Checker–Viewer governance model at onboarding rather than burying it in settings — definitions sit on the left while assignment happens on the right, the Super Admin is pre-seeded, the two-role minimum is enforced through a disabled CTA, and the regulatory license footer anchors the moment with institutional trust, making dual-control the default state of every INFII account from day one.

Dashboard
The dashboard collapses a multi-rail, multi-currency treasury into a single answerable question — “What is my business worth right now?” — then lets the user drill into the machinery only when they choose to.
Asset Rail Tabs — Banking / OTC / Cold Wallet rather than a sprawling multi-card layout, balances are organized by where the money lives, not what currency it is. Users switch context with a single tab — a deliberate move to make the fiat ↔ crypto divide feel like one continuous treasury, not two systems bolted together.

Transactions
Transaction flow is, on the surface, a five-step form. Rather than a single long form, the flow is paced. Pacing reduces error rates in high-value transactions and gives the user permission to slow down on the steps that matter.
The live calculation card — as the user types, the panel updates in real time. Two numbers are intentionally given the most visual weight — what the recipient actually receives and what the sender is actually deducted. Everything else is supporting evidence.

Mobile App Home
A glanceable home that leads with total balance and available funds, then surfaces the three highest-frequency actions (Internal, Global, Account) and a live transaction feed with status pills — so owners can read the state of the business in under three seconds without drilling into any menu.

Approval
A triage-first inbox organized by Pending / Assigned / Completed, with each request showing counterparty, rail type, amount, requester, and SLA countdown on a single card — enabling executives to scan, batch-assign, or approve transactions in one tap without losing the context needed to make a confident decision.

Admin Portal: A Regulator-Ready System of Record
The admin portal is where INFII’s compliance and operations teams do their work — and where the company’s regulatory posture is ultimately defended. Designing it required treating internal users with the same care as customers.
